François Geurds (FG) Restaurant was born out of a love for flavours and the ultimate gastronomic experience of starred chef François Geurds.

	François Geurds Chef François Geurds has his feet firmly on the ground. He wants his team and the guests to be able to be themselves. Whether you arrive in a three-piece suit or a pair of jeans and sneakers, as long as you have come to enjoy yourself and be surprised, our door is open for you. And everyone receives exactly the same treatment. François Geurds (FG) Restaurant (2 Michelin stars) has 50 extremely comfortable swivel chairs and an ultraluxe bar that seats 8. At this ultraluxe bar, you can enjoy Kobe beef or Wagyu A5 with your fingers, or a dab of barely salted caviar from the white Siberian sturgeon. Here you can drink a Millésimé Blanc de Blancs or a homemade cocktail with house-crafted gin. The Wine List François Geurds (FG) Restaurant's wine list, awarded with The Wine Spectator Best of Award of Excellence, offers no less than 1,350 references.
Eye-catching The western oak lighting fixtures are a real eye-catcher at FG Restaurant. The sink in the lavatory is a spa heaven and there you will smell the delicious scent that was specially developed for FG Restaurant. The private dining room is an inverted garden, where you will imagine yourself in an oasis of tranquillity and where you can enjoy the unique FG Restaurant experience with your party. Flavour laboratory We are the only restaurant in the Netherlands to have our own flavour laboratory. No ingredient or dish goes untested! We are also the creator of wine pairings by means of QR codes.
	Innovative Our innovations have not gone unnoticed. According to the jury of the Rotterdam Marketing Award, which we received in 2017 from Mayor Aboutaleb, FG Restaurant is regarded as the leader of a new movement of experimenting chefs who have put Rotterdam on the international map as a food Valhalla.
